My name is Kirsten Klatt – I've been working in international B2B marketing and communications for over 20 years. As a freelance CMO, I support companies in clearly positioning, convincingly communicating, and effectively implementing complex products and structures that require explanation.

I've led global marketing teams at companies like DHL Supply Chain, thyssenkrupp Materials Services, Avnet, and G DATA. I was responsible for brand management, digital campaigns, event marketing, MarTech, internal communications, and sustainability topics.

I'm familiar with international matrix structures as well as medium-sized company decision-making processes. I'm well-connected, analytical, and clear in my language—and always open to new ideas, new technologies, and new challenges.
